1.1. The 1867 Bundle Giveaway has been created and organised by The 1867, Heart of the Shires Shopping Village, Watling Street, Weedon, Northampton, NN7 4LB.

1.2. By entering The 1867 bundle giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to the general public and guests of The 1867 who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2. CREW of The 1867, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1. Entry to the raffle is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

3.2. Participants must enter the raffle via the official registration page https://www.the1867.co.uk/win/

3.3. Each participant is allowed only one entry. Multiple entries by the same participant will be disqualified.

3.4. All entries must be received by 11:59am 5TH November 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. Prize

4.1. The vouchers will consist of The 1867 Experience Bundle including:

Christmas Afternoon Festivi-Tea Voucher for 2, worth £79.00 – valid for one use only for Christmas Afternoon Festivi-Tea during 14:00-15:30pm on the official dates of the experience.

Breakfast Experience Voucher worth £40.00 – valid for one use only for breakfast menu items during the hours of 09:15 – 11:30am, 7 days of the week.

Lite Bites/Lunch Voucher worth £30 – valid for one use only from the lite bites/lunch menu items, during the hours of 11:30am – 15:00pm, 7 days of the week.

Specialist Tea and Coffee worth £20 – valid for one use only for specialist tea, coffee, and cake menu items during the hours 09:15am – 16:00pm, 7 days of the week.

A voucher that allows guests 10% off with no spend limit – valid only for one use during the opening hours of the 1867, 7 days of the week. So, feel free to invite as many friends or family as you like. Please book in advance and make our crew aware of your giveaway voucher.

Voucher for The Artizen Art Gallery worth £100 – valid only for one purchase during the opening hours of The Artizen.

4.2. The prize is non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.

4.3. The 1867 reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond The 1867’s control make it necessary to do so.

4.4. Validity and redemption of all prizes in The 1867 Experience Bundle are to the discretion of The 1867 and The Artizen.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

5.2. The draw will take place on 5th November 2024, and the winner will be notified via Email or SMS within 48 hours of the draw.

5.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, The 1867 reserves the right to withdraw the vouchers and select a replacement winner.

6. Announcement of Winner

6.1. The winner will be announced on a Facebook livestream on The 1867 Facebook page.

6.2. By entering the competition, the entries agrees to the use of their first name, last name & image in any publicity material.

6.3 The 1867 reserves the right to change the method of announcement if circumstances beyond The 1867’s control make it necessary to do so.

7.1. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The 1867 accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the competition or because of accepting the prize.

8.2. The 1867 is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues or other reasons beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.

9. General

9.1. The 1867 reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so.

9.2. The 1867’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
