You can choose from the usual hearty breakfast classics, plus a few unusual breakfast twists for this time of the morning – ‘The Breakfast Stack’, for example, is just divine and enough to delight your tummy. All of our breakfast ingredients are freshly sourced as locally as possible – the sausages and bacon, in particular, are cured specifically for the 1867 guests.
