What We Do

At Pure Pegasus Coaching, the focus is on helping you move forward with confidence and clarity. Using a blend of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) and structured coaching, sessions are designed to shift limiting beliefs and build lasting mindset habits. Clients can choose from one-to-one sessions, group coaching programmes, or corporate wellbeing support tailored to workplace performance and resilience.

Founder Andrea Lennard is a Mental Strength Coach and Therapist who works with individuals, groups and businesses using a combination of Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), mindset coaching, and structured wellbeing plans.

Clients come for all sorts of reasons: stress, burnout, confidence, procrastination, life changes, and leave with personalised strategies to make lasting change.

Sessions take place in a quiet, professional space at the Heart of the Shires Shopping Village, making it easy to access a private and trusted coaching service locally.
