1. Introduction

1.1. The COFFEE. FOOD. FESTIVE Giveaway is jointly organised by the 1867, Heart of the Shires Shopping Village, Watling Street, Weedon, Northampton, NN7 4LB, and The Artizen, Heart of the Shires Shopping Village, Watling Street, Weedon, Northampton, NN7 4LB.

1.2. By entering the COFFEE. FOOD. FESTIVE Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The giveaway is open to members of the public aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2. Employees or associates of the 1867 or The Artizen, their immediate family members, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1. Entry is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

3.2. Participants must submit their details via the official COFFEE. FOOD. FESTIVE Giveaway entry form to be included in the draw.

3.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

3.4. All entries must be received by 16:59 on 11 January 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. Prizes

4.1. The prizes for the COFFEE. FOOD. FESTIVE Giveaway are as follows:

4.2. All vouchers are subject to the terms of the issuing business.

4.3. The prizes are non exchangeable, non transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

4.4. The organisers reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make this necessary.

5. Winner Selection

5.1. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

5.2. The draw will take place on or shortly after 11 January 2026. Winners will be notified via email or SMS within 48 hours of the draw.

5.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days of notification, the organisers reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

6. Announcement of Winners

6.1. Winners will be announced live on social media.

6.2. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their first name, last name, and image in any publicity material.

7.1. All personal data collected for the COFFEE. FOOD. FESTIVE Giveaway will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
